Must comply with WOSA/M-series modular architecture standards and integrate with U.S. and foreign fighter aircraft
Target unit cost of ≤$300K in full-rate production
Vendor must demonstrate ability to scale to 1,000+ All-Up Rounds annually, with initial deliveries at ≥25 per month starting April 2026

2) NAVSEA OTA Prototype for Modular Attack Surface Craft (Link)
PMS 406 is seeking prototype USVs that can autonomously transport containerized payloads, with an emphasis on modular design, autonomy, and scalable production
Offerors must propose solutions aligned to one of three vessel design solutions defined in Exhibit A, and must detail how their concept meets specific technical attributes (e.g., autonomy stack, C2/perception systems, payload flexibility, sustainment, data rights posture)
The solicitation follows a three-phase OTA process:
Phase 1: 5-page White Paper due August 11, including concept, company viability, ROM cost for prototype and 10-unit block buy, build schedule, and IP assertions
Phase 2: In-person pitch and facility tour for select firms, assessing technical maturity, autonomy stack, production readiness, and IP/data rights posture
Phase 3: Full written Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) and OTA negotiation, with optional follow-on production authority under 10 U.S.C. § 4022(f)

3) Army Sources Sought for Mobile Strike Force Vehicle (MSFV) Production (Link)
Army seeks sources to restart production of a modified M1117 Armored Security Vehicle (ASV), last produced in 2019, with planned order of 65 units over three years
Vehicle must support multiple crew-served weapons (MK-19, M2, M240, M249), carry 10 personnel, meet 5,000 lb payload capacity, and be C-17/C-5/rail/marine transportable
Target end-user is likely an FMS customer
Respondents must submit capability statements detailing production readiness and platform compatibility

4) NAVSEA Sources Sought for Next Generation Logistics Ship (NGLS) Concept Development (Link)
Seeking industry input on design, development, and delivery of a new class of logistics vessels to execute refuel, resupply, and rearm missions in both contested and non-contested environments.
Emphasis on commercial or modified-commercial solutions, including potential for the use of existing governmentwide contracts or nondevelopmental items.
Intended to inform a future Concept Refinement contract, all interested parties must complete the market research questionnaire to be considered in planning decisions.

11) AFRL RFP for AI-Enabled Battle Management Decision Support for Human-Machine Teams (Link)
AFRL and the ABMS Cross Functional Team seek software teams to build prototype tools that help human operators rapidly generate and evaluate battle courses of action (COAs) in contested C2 environments
Participants will observe battle management teams in a simulated setting and develop AI/microservices that improve speed, accuracy, and confidence of decisions—using AFRL’s Transformational Model framework
Solutions must go beyond situational awareness to directly support decision-making; hypergraph-based COA generation is suggested given complexity and volume
Selected vendors will retain IP, but AFRL will use performance data to refine future C2 software requirements tied to the CJADC2 campaign

12) DARPA Solicitation for Commercial Technology Transition Support (Link)
Seeking proposals to help commercialize technologies developed under prior DARPA-funded R&D, with a focus on maturing products that can serve both defense and commercial markets.
The effort is led by DARPA’s Commercial Strategy team, which offers funding for companies to bring on an Embedded Entrepreneur (EE)—a business expert tasked with building go-to-market strategies and accelerating transition.
Proposals must demonstrate strong alignment with DARPA’s mission, a realistic commercialization plan, and clear justification for EE funding; teams may also propose an optional or standalone Minimum Viable Product (MVP) effort.
Only technologies derived from DARPA work are eligible, and DARPA will assess market fit and risk through internal due diligence; base proposals are capped at $350K, with potential additional funding for MVP options.

13) Air Education and Training Command Sources Sought for AI-Enabled Marketing and Communications Platform (Link)
Seeks a commercial, AI-enabled campaign management system to unify fragmented data, automate workflows, and convert internal multimedia content into targeted, authentic recruitment messaging for the 18–24-year-old demographic.
Solution must ingest and manage large volumes of video, image, and text; enable campaign creation, AI-driven segmentation, and performance optimization; and support recruiter field reporting via mobile tools.
System must integrate with existing marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Sprinklr), support DoD security and accessibility standards, and provide ROI/KPI tracking, digital twin simulations, and predictive analytics.
Emphasis on reducing reliance on external agencies and increasing ROI through internal content repurposing and earned media strategies.

14) F-35 JPO Sources Sought for Cloud DevSecOps Initiative (Link)

Support for ~1,500 users (growing to ~4,000) across global F-35 locations and security domains, with integration into JWCC, Platform One, Cloud One, and allied/FMS IT environments.

15) ONR Solicitation for Navy ManTech Composites Manufacturing Technology Center of Excellence (Link)
Seeks a lead integrator to operate a Navy Center of Excellence focused on identifying, developing, and transitioning composite and non-metallic manufacturing technologies into production to reduce cost and cycle time for key platforms

16) Naval Oceanographic Office Sources Sought for USV Data Collection Services (Link)
Seeks autonomous maritime data collection services using long-endurance USVs to map submerged features via multibeam sonar in international waters across the Western Pacific,
Contractor must provide turnkey USV operations including survey planning, sensor integration (EM124/EM712-equivalent), secure online data delivery, post-processing, and 24/7 customer support.
Collection areas (~100 nm² per task) will total ~25 survey days per mission; missions will be fully remote, with no use of non-U.S. ports; strict data handling, cybersecurity, and compliance protocols apply.
