1) Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (c-UAS)

Seeking information on the potential procurement of 4,145 handheld, single-soldier portable c-UAS units for real-time detection, tracking, and identification (DTI) of Group 1, 2, and 3 small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (s-UAS) operating in the ISM frequency spectrum.
Core requirements include a drone threat detection range of 2+ miles, geolocation accuracy of approximately 10-20 meters, detection speed of less than 1 second, 360-degree detection direction, and identification of the initiator's (remote controller) position.
Note: Systems should be exportable for use in Taiwan (Could indicate a possible FMS sale).

2) AMPV Full Rate Production Market Survey

PEO GCS Sources Sought

Appears aimed at identifying alternative manufacturers capable of producing all five AMPV variants—suggesting Army interest in expanding capacity beyond BAE Systems, the incumbent prime.
Confirms that a complete Technical Data Package (TDP) is not currently available, and no performance specification is being provided at this stage—respondents must explain their ability to produce AMPV either with a full TDP, or under limited data conditions with performance-based specs.

Emphasis on non-developmental solutions with demonstrated TRL/MRL maturity, compliance with submarine certification (shock, cyber, battery), and ability to meet Government Purpose Rights threshold.

4) Modernization of Expeditionary Medicine (EXMED) Warfighter Prototypes

The Navy is looking for help modernizing its ability to provide medical care during future wars, especially on new Expeditionary Fast Transport (EPF) ships that will operate close to shore in contested environments. These ships currently lack the ability to perform surgery or stabilize injured troops at sea—this effort aims to fix that.
The government wants a lead organization (a “prime integrator”) to test and combine different medical technologies into a working system that can deliver battlefield care on the move. Needed capabilities include: stabilizing wounded troops in the field, conducting surgeries, providing basic and dental care, preventing illness, and safely moving patients—all under tough conditions with limited resources.
Existing prototypes like mobile surgical units, trauma care systems, diagnostic labs, and deployable field hospitals are already in development. The government is now asking for help improving these and integrating them into a cohesive, ship-ready medical system.
The initial funding is $800,000, but there’s a clear pathway to additional sole-source (non-competed) funding if the work shows progress. This is structured as a prototype project under an OTA and could lead to production opportunities.

5) Synchronized Persistent Army Experimentation (SPARX)

6) Open-Source Architecture for UGV Development

Seeks development and delivery of modular, open-source algorithms for sensor fusion, control, and path planning across both simulated and physical unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) platforms.
Base work involves comparative literature reviews, development in MATLAB/Simulink and Python (ROS2/Gazebo compatible), and delivery of all source code; option tasks require hardware integration and indoor/outdoor testing with <15 lb and <150 lb UGVs, respectively.
Required capabilities include obstacle avoidance, GPS waypoint navigation, map-based planning, and target following in both controlled indoor and GPS-denied, harsh outdoor environments.

DARPA Biological Technologies Office Special Notice

Exploring whether stimulating nerves in the small intestine can help troops better manage stress, improve memory during high-pressure situations, and reduce risk of PTSD over time.
The program will develop a pill-sized device that can be swallowed to sense and stimulate gut nerves—affecting stress-related hormones like cortisol and neuropeptide.
CoasterChase has two main goals: (1) study how gut nerve stimulation affects stress in lab models, and (2) build the ingestible device needed to deliver and measure that stimulation.
The project will run for 24 months in two 12-month phases; DARPA is looking for teams with expertise in stress biology, neurotechnology, and miniaturized medical devices.

9) Integrated Network Operations Battalion and Below (INB2)

12) Pulling Guard Industry Day Q&A Just Posted

DARPA TTO Solicitation (Updated)

Aims to develop a commercial ecosystem for semi-autonomous maritime escort systems that can detect, track, and defeat small boat threats in support of DoD-protected vessels.
DARPA reiterated the structure of the program: two commercial performers delivering a semi-autonomous point-defense escort system—FA1 (sensing, sensemaking, targeting) and FA2 (platform and mobility integration).
Each awardee will develop and receive government approval for their own test plan; Overwatch Demo evaluations will involve DARPA, other government stakeholders, and relevant commercial observers.
Proposers must submit detailed cost estimates for Phase 1 and Phase 1 Option, and provide ROM estimates for Phase 2; durations must align with BAA program goals.
Solutions must address operational realities including detect-and-avoid standards, low-probability-of-detection sensing, and defeating raids of 3 simultaneous USVs with 85% success probability.

13) Ship-based Long-endurance Airborne Platforms & EW Payloads

Seeking TRL 5+ ship-based airborne decoys with modular electronic warfare (EW) payloads to enhance soft-kill defenses against modern anti-ship missile (ASM) threats.
Decoy platforms must support rapid deployment, ≥1 hour hover endurance, autonomous flight with ship-based C2, secure comms, and optional recoverability.
EW payloads must deliver sufficient EIRP across mission-relevant frequencies, enable multi-spectral aperture control and stabilization, maintain RF isolation, and support integration of RF/electromechanical systems.
ONR requests cost-capability tradeoffs at $100K, $500K, and $1M tiers; encourages collaboration across vehicle and payload developers; vehicle- or payload-only submissions accepted if dependencies are addressed.

14) Advanced Disease Outbreak Simulation Capabilities

Seeks novel modeling capabilities that simulate infectious disease spread across individuals, communities, and geographies to inform biosurveillance and countermeasure response.
Focus areas include: agent-based and network modeling; intervention strategy simulation; high-resolution spatiotemporal dynamics; immune status/fatality rate integration; and scalability to global population datasets.
DARPA is especially interested in approaches that leverage machine learning, AI, and complex systems theory, and welcomes proposals including commercial and government off-the-shelf (COTS/GOTS) tools that may require licensing.
